Established in March 2020 by Angie, Misty’s Parlour was born from a passion for canine care and grooming. After completing her Professional Pet Grooming Certification (CPG) at Sue Oliver’s Dog Grooming School — accredited by the City & Guilds examining body — Angie set out to create a calm, personal grooming experience for dogs and their owners. Misty’s Parlour has since grown into a fully insured, air-conditioned home salon offering dedicated one-on-one appointments. Each dog receives Angie’s undivided attention in a quiet, stress-free environment — perfect for pets who thrive with gentle care and minimal distractions.

Over the past six years, Misty’s Parlour has built a loyal client base and was proudly named Aspley Neighbourhood Favourite on the Nextdoor app in 2023. Angie also shares behind-the-scenes grooming sessions, product recommendations, and visits to events like Crufts on TikTok, where her community of dog lovers continues to grow.

Misty’s Parlour is named in memory of "Misty, " a blue roan Cocker Spaniel who belonged to Angie’s beloved primary school teacher. Caring for Misty during school lunchtimes sparked Angie’s lifelong connection to dogs — a bond that now lives on through every groom.
